American football or simply known as football in United States is a kind of sports that is almost the same with rugby which is played with two teams.  Every team is consist of eleven members and the mechanics of the game is to score points by moving the ball into the goal line of the opposing team through passing the ball to a teammate or running with it. Such rectangular fields that are found in outdoor stadium are covered in grass, while those of in the indoor stadiums are made of artificial turf. It has longer boundary lines or known as side lines end lines or the shorter boundary lines. There is a goal line that measures around 100 yards (91.4 m) apart and a scoring area or the end zone that extends 10 yards (9.1 m) beyond each goal line. Behind the end zone, you will find the goal post which is joined by a crossbar 10 feet (3.05 m) across from the ground.

Each player in every team has particular roles in the field such as the offense, defense and special teams. So, during the break of a game, teams may substitute for any or all of their players. However, it is very occasional for all team members to participate in a particular game because from the fact that some roles have only little utility aside from getting an injury substitute.
